Arsenal Ladies have finished the season unbeaten. In fact the only games they drew were two games in the run to winning the UEFA Cup. Last week they beat Everton by 3-2 behind closed doors at the Emirates stadium with goals coming from Kelly Smith with a brace and Lianne Sanderson.
Earlier today the season came to an end with a final game win of 6-0 over Leeds United in front of an invited crowd of players families and ladies season ticket holders at the training ground near London Colney. Kelly Smith was on the scoring sheet with four goals and a goal apiece from Lianne Sanderson and Gemma Davison.
In the Premiership itself Sunderland and Fulham are the two teams relegated from the Premiership and they will be replaced by Liverpool and Watford who are promoted from the lower leagues.
A fantastic season, unbelievable achievements and here's to the next one!
